Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Vedatom Physics when you use this site. We've kept them readable. By using the site, you agree to what's below.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Vedatom Physics ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

What the site is

Vedatom Physics is an educational website of interactive physics lessons, simulations and practice questions, run by Dr. Tejaswi Katravulapally under the Vedatom family. It is provided for learning and self-study. A substantial part of it is free to read with no account; the rest is opened by a paid pass (see section 06).

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You agree not to:

copy, resell, redistribute or publicly republish the lessons, simulations or question banks as your own or for commercial gain;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
scrape or harvest content in bulk, or use automated tools to strip material from the site;
use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, diagrams, simulations, code, design, the logo and the "Vedatom Physics" and "Vedatom" names — is owned by Dr. Tejaswi Katravulapally / Vedatom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it for your own personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Tutoring & bookings

Links on the site let you book one-to-one tutoring through third-party platforms such as TeacherOn. Those sessions are arranged and delivered under the terms of that platform and directly between you and the tutor. This site is not responsible for third-party platforms, their payment handling, or the scheduling of individual sessions.

What it costs, and what is sold

A substantial part of this site is free to read, with no account: every one of the thirty chapters opens free, Work, Energy & Power is free end to end, and the 120 concept traps, the 30 printable formula cards, all 100 Anvil problems with hints and answers, the A–Z glossary, the units and constants tables and 150 recall cards are free in full. What is sold is the pass, which opens the rest — every remaining section, every worked solution, every lab and every answer key. One-to-one coaching is a separate arrangement, billed by the hour. These terms cover both.

The pass. ₹3,999 for one year or ₹5,999 for two, charged once, payable in ₹, $, £ or €. It is not a subscription: nothing auto-renews, there is nothing to remember to cancel, and access ends on the date shown in your account. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a third-party processor, under its own terms; we never see or store your full card details, and the account a pass attaches to is held on vedatom.com. We may change the price for new purchases; a pass you have already bought is unaffected.
What a pass covers. One student, on any of their own devices — sign in and each chapter opens where you left it. A pass is personal: sharing the sign-in, or passing on the material behind it, is not permitted, and we may end access that is being shared.
No refunds — read the free chapter first. A pass cannot be refunded once it is bought, so please use the free material before you decide. Work, Energy & Power is a complete chapter, written exactly as the other twenty-nine are, and every chapter opens free: that is the trial, and it costs nothing. If you were charged twice, or charged in error, write to us and we will put it right.
The free material stays free. What is free today is free to use without paying, and we will never retroactively charge you for something you have already read for free. We may change where the line sits for new visitors as the site is rewritten — a pass you hold always covers everything it covered when you bought it, for its full term.
Contributions. If you make a voluntary contribution through a link we have sent you, it is a gift and not a purchase: it grants no access, it is not a donation to a registered charity and it is not tax-deductible. Because it buys nothing it cannot be refunded as a purchase — if one was made in error, write to us and we will sort it out.
Coaching. One-to-one teaching is a separate arrangement, billed by the hour, agreed with you directly before any session. It is not sold through this site, and it is not part of the pass.
What you may do with it. Read it, print it, photocopy the free reference sheets and give them to your class — that is what they are for. What is not permitted is republishing the readers, worked solutions, answer keys or Chapter Packs as your own, or selling them. Copyright stays with the author.

Third-party links

The site links to and loads resources from other services (for example Google Fonts, TeacherOn, YouTube and vedatom.com). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranties & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," for educational purposes, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the content is error-free, that the site will always be available, or that studying here will produce any particular exam result. Please read our Disclaimer for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedatom Physics and Dr. Tejaswi Katravulapally will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these terms as the site evolves — for instance, when paid features launch. When we make material changes we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, unless a mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
