Six items, new every day: fit a line and read the slope with its unit, straighten a law before you plot it, push uncertainties through a formula, read a vernier and a screw gauge with their zero errors, and decide whether a stated conclusion is what the numbers actually say. This is the shape AP asks in and the chapter banks carry least of.

Nothing here is a written question. Every set is generated from one of {{ lawCount }} laws the site already derives, with realistic scatter added, and marked against the numbers it was built from — so the answer key cannot disagree with the physics. Nothing is uploaded; a wrong answer is logged into the same mistake tally the chapter tests use.

Tolerances are printed with every answer, because a fitted slope is not a single number: a least-squares fit over eight points and a two-point end-to-end slope differ, and both are defensible. What is not defensible is dropping the unit, using 1 ÷ divisions for a screw gauge's least count, adding a zero error instead of subtracting it, or calling a line with an intercept “proportional”. Those four are what this page is for.
